Shipping and Returns
What can I expect for the shipping process once I place an order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of your purchase. We ship Monday through Friday in accordance with USPS and UPS holiday schedules. Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather. We do not process or ship orders on major holidays. Once shipped, you can expect your new suds to arrive at your door within 3-5 business days. Local and want your soaps quickly? Select pick up and we will coordinate a time for you to pick up your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer international shipping. We hope in the future, our suds will be able to travel the globe!
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. We understand there may be instances where issues occur with your shipment. If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing or incorrect in your order, please immediately contact us by email and we will be sure to address your concerns within 2 business days. You will need to provide your order information as well as description and image of the product in order for us to review your concern in a timely manner.
